We offer a comprehensive range of residential services designed specifically for young people aged 16 to 25, with a particular focus on post-16 care. Our homes provide a structured yet nurturing environment, equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and support necessary to transition into independent living successfully.
Did you know our name comes from the Japanese Cherry Blossom Tree called the Sakura. In Japanese culture the cherry blossoms represent renewal. Each year the bursts of pink mark the unofficial end of the winter and signify the long-awaited start of spring. A chance to ‘begin again’.
Sometimes unanticipated warmer weather can prompt an early bloom of this beautiful blossom whilst unpredicted cooler temperatures can cause a delay. At Sakura we aim to help our young people blossom ‘whatever the weather’
If you look closely at our logo you can see that the shape of the tree is similar to the shape of the brain and it’s stem. Neuroscience has paved the way in evolving the way we practise and at Sakura we are committed to helping our young people come to terms with their experiences whilst their mind begins to heal. We strive to build strong and meaningful relationships that nurture every individual and create pathways to positive outcomes 🌱
