I just wanted to feedback that I have been impressed by your record keeping of conversations and keywork sessions, and the level of detail that has been included.

I have received more communication and more depth of information in less than a week than some other providers have sent me over months.

Good afternoon all,

I am planning on moving YP tomorrow afternoon around 2pm. I am on duty so that could through everything out the window last minute. I have spoken to YP, so he is aware. He has agreed to start packing.

Thank you all for all the work you have done with YP over this past 14 months. It hasn't been an easy time, but you have been there for him. I appreciate the grace you have given him on so many occasions. It was at Sakura that he felt safe enough to start opening up, something that he had not done anywhere else. You have seen him through many challenging times. All your hard work and dedication has been much appreciated.

I came to see HH today and was impressed how he is doing and being supported.
He was able to identify staff he is close to in placement and who support him. He told me he really likes the placement.
He appeared less withdrawn, and in a much better routine as he was up at and awake by the time I got there.
He has told me he is not speaking to the other young people from his last placement who we have worries about. (or speaking to them less), and even would consider attending a boxing club etc..
He is also having more contact with his family, and feels better emotionally.
He is open to engaging with CAHMS again, and is waiting GP appointment about his sleep.
He is also going to go along with staff to see if he likes a construction course starting in September.

This is a lot better for HH compared to where he was at in his last placement , so just wanted to highlight the good work being done with him.

Hi Gemma

As you know we have received an offer for A to move to Step by Step in Totton, so I am writing to formally give notice on her placement with Sakura.

I would like to thank you, Bruna and your whole team for the care and support that you have given her; you have all been exceptional. Having spoken to Adult’s services, we are hopeful that your outreach service are able to explore options for ongoing support to A. I will be in touch soon to arrange a meeting to discuss how we support A through this transition.
